To the Editor: The budget debate has been a fascinating experience. The cacophony of democracy has exposed us all to a kaleidoscope of style and points of view. For some, the cup is half-full. For others, the cup half-empty. Still a third group sees no cup at all, lacing their rhetoric with such venom one might imagine that our township officials trot with cloven hoof and may break out in Parseltongue at any moment. I am a cup-half-full kind of gal. To me, Mr. Cleland’s head appears smooth without a horn in sight.
